Nick Craven, my sales representative, was very patient while I went back and forth between pieces, and had very good advice! When I went to go pay for my order all of the ladies at the desk were very kind and thorough. They answered all my questions and explained everything very well. I walked into the Ashley Peoria store less than 24 hours after arriving in Illinois from California and was immediately greeted by the friendliest salesman I have encountered in years. Ed Edam was gracious and in no way was the typical sales person I am accustomed to. He asked me what I needed and the only response I had was "stuff". Ed anticipated and respected my need to simply wander and come up with a plan for my new home with my teenage son. He stayed nearby for any questions I may have had and was on top of everything when I was ready to purchase furniture for four rooms.
So pleased with the wide variety of fabrics and styles. I was searching for a sofa bed or sofa as I downsized and associate Laura was very helpful and courteous working with me.
