I have never felt that a furniture store was truly worthy of my loyalty or my time and effort to rate it...unless of course it was completely awful. But this Sofa Mart has proven to be worth both my loyalty and my rating. It is the first time I have ever felt compelled to see a furniture store as my "go-to" place. In fact, I often stop in just to browse. Their selection is quite good, and the prices are as good or better than anyone else in the area.
Take it from me...if you're looking for furniture...start here...you just might finish before you leave the store.
You will not be disappointed with this store, selection, customer service, and store manager. I highly recommend Sofa Mart. We searched for several months for our new living room furniture. Sofa Mart had the best selection, great prices, and good quality. We were really impressed and absolutely loved our furniture. Fast forward a year later, and one of our mechanisms on our recliner was not working properly. It would not come up all of the way and did not close properly. I contacted the store to see if they could assist us with our issue. I spoke with Kyle, the store manager, he was kind, polite, and accommodating. I explained our issue and he ordered us a new part immediately. He even came out to our place to install it. We are so thankful! Hands down the best furniture store and customer service in town!
My family and I went to Sofa Mart on Father's Day with the idea that we were just browsing...nothing more. But that all changed when we walked in the door. They have a humongous selection to fit anyone's style and the prices aren't bad either. Our sales representative, Jacque, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back for any future purchases (there will be future purchases).
