Told me and my husband we would get a call within 10 days to deliver our Washer Dryer and refrigerator. We order over 2 weeks ago 8/25/16 called last week was told we would get a call today Which is Sept 13th and got no call so I called myself. I was told the Refrigerator had not came in yet which is fine well not really but I understand they can't control that just wish they would had told us instead of saying 10 days. Then the lady on the phone tells me we are not set for it to be delivered I said yes we are I had not only the person who sold it to us tell us they are delivering it but the lady who took our credit card and when I called last week the guy I talked to said they would call me for a deliver date once they got it in.. I am very unhappy with the service and had planned on buying a whole new living room set next month from them but not if this is the way the do business. My husband was told a manager would call us to resolve this and no one called if they do not resolveven I will not be buying anything from them ever again. We have spent at least $5,000 maybe even more in the last 2 years with them just at the furniture store. Very unhappy that we have not received our washer and dryer and refrigerator and that they are now saying they are not delivering when it says on my receipt deliver we paid over $ 2,300 in all and added on a protection plan of course we want it delivered. Why would 3 people say they would call us to schedule the delivery day???? Really hope they make this right.... upset customer:( :(
My order never came in. I called multiple times to get status of my order and they always changed the ETA. I signed paperwork stating 4-6 weeks estimated delivery . It's now been two months. They promised me a delivery date and when I called the day after that promised date, to see why I hadn't received a call yet, they stated it would be another month eta. I asked to cancel my order and was promised a call from the manager. Never got a call back. Still trying to get it taken care of. Worst experience I've ever had buying furniture.
Hello I am contacting you give praise to your store and your employee Adam in furniture sales. I had another warranty claim on my furniture, "and you can see from my previous message from a different warranty claim that it was not cordial" and Jacob the Warranty claim manager was very quick to addressing the issue and sent an employee out within a day to take pictures of the furniture and unfortunately we not able to fix the furniture because they dont make it any more, but they gave me a credit of 1138 because I bought the extended warranty, And Adam in sales was a big help when it came to picking out my new furniture. All in all it was a visit that deserves a 10 out of 10. I will definitely buy my furniture from here from now on. Thank you once again we are enjoying the new furniture.
Went into UFS looking for a small sectional for my new apartment on a strict budget. The staff there was over-the-top helpful with finding me something that would work perfect for me and in the time frame that I was shooting for. (Also, I was thinking it'd be about 4 weeks for it to be ordered/delivered and my furniture arrived in less than 2 weeks!!) Will definitely be recommending to anyone I know that's looking for quality furniture at a great price with wonderful customer service!
We ordered a T.V. stand last weekend. We waited only 6 days and got a call that it was in. I went down to pick it up and each person I was greeted by was very cheerful. They had me pick my merchandise up a receiving door 1. When I got there the guys were right on it. They had my T.V. stand picked and placed in my truck in less than 5 minutes. When I got the box home and opened it everything was perfectly packed. I unpacked it and put it together within a 1/2 hr. It went together perfectly. I am writing this review to say they have sealed my business. Thank you very much, Rich Schneider Jr.
