They tell you everything you want to hear great warranty, pretend to be helpful, and sell you a protection plan that is all bull. When you have a problem they tell you we don’t have anyone for you to talk to about that. I can see your problem but my hands are tied. The warranty was not true and all the extra money paid was for nothing. NEVER again I buy for a company that lies to you and sell you good looking furniture but does hold up. Do yourself a favor and buy your furniture somewhere else.
Horrible Service. Totally put the sell before the customer. Called ahead about power recliners. Greeted by the sales person. Needed special chair for family member. Ended up purchasing lift recliner. Also purchased another recliner. Needed lift chair that day. None in stock. Store owner would not sell floor model. Sales person said 25 being shipped Monday 4/11. Called Wednesday said both chairs in. Picked up yesterday lift chair not in. Wow! Store manager couldn't look up any information. Office manager has to on Monday. However they told us chair should be in early next week. But she can't look anything up! We needed this chair last week had they been honest with us and told us they don't have a confirmed ship date we could have purchased elsewhere. Obviously they just wanted the sale. So today the other recliner is but even the right recliner. Supposed to have wand controls. It has buttons in the side. I'm assuming we are expected to return the wrong chair! Store owner I hope you read this! I wish I read the reviews first! Obviously I'm not the first person to complain. Businesses like yours will not succeed with dishonesty and poor customer service values. You should look into making this good!
Love the furniture, hate the customer service. Every time we go in the store, half of the employees are too busy on their phones to be bothered. On our last shopping trip, we had questions about pieces, fabric choices, etc and literally had to walk up to a sales person and interrupt their personal conversation or texting session! And forget calling in and trying to get some answers! I've been given different answers each time I've called in. Don't even get me started on their warehouse pick-up policy and hours. What a joke! They're extremely limited!! It's very irritating to spend hundreds if not a few thousand dollars on furniture and be told when it's convenient for you to come to them! I should go elsewhere but like I said, we love the furniture for the durability and warranty. I guess poor service for a few hours is worth the life of the furniture.
